Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut smoked Fjord Trout in thin strips, tomato in thin slices and onion in thin rings.
Cut the pizza base in portions and put on a baking tray with baking paper.
Spread crème fraîche evenly over the pizza bases and top with tomato and onion.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, oregano and cheese.
Bake in the oven until the pizza base is cooked through and the cheese is melting, about 10-15 minutes.
Top the pizzas with Fjord Trout strips and serve.
Tip: You can make one big pizza instead of many small.
