Saithe gratin

A perfect recipe for the whole family: serve the pollock gratin with fresh salad and delicious bread. You can use a variety of Norwegian white fish such as cod, saithe or haddock for this recipe.

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. 
  • Split the cauliflower and broccoli into smaller florets.
  • Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet.
  • Add the cauliflower and broccoli to cook with the macaroni for the last two minutes.
  • Drain off the water and pour everything into a greased ovenproof dish. 
  • Cut the fish into 4 cm cubes and lay the pieces on top of the vegetables in the dish. Stir in the leek. 
  • Mix together crème fraîche with pesto, salt and pepper, then pour over the fish and vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top. 
  • Place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
