Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Split the cauliflower and broccoli into smaller florets.
- Cook the macaroni according to the instructions on the packet.
- Add the cauliflower and broccoli to cook with the macaroni for the last two minutes.
- Drain off the water and pour everything into a greased ovenproof dish.
- Cut the fish into 4 cm cubes and lay the pieces on top of the vegetables in the dish. Stir in the leek.
- Mix together crème fraîche with pesto, salt and pepper, then pour over the fish and vegetables. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
- Place the dish in the oven for about 20 minutes until the cheese is melted.
