Preparation
- Put the cedar board in water for 20 minutes beforehand so that it does not burn on the grill.
- Mix the lemon juice with water, oil, pepper, finely chopped parsley and minced garlic.
- Put the plank on the grill and close the lid, cooking at 200º approx for 20 minutes.
- From time to time, brush the fish with the herb mixture.
- Remove the plank from the grill and brush for one last time.
- Bring to the table and serve with your chosen condiments.
