Preparation
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Cut the cod into 2 cm pieces.
Mix taco seasoning and olive oil, and fold the cod into the mix.
Spread tortilla chips in an oven-proof dish, place the cod over and sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes, until the fish is done.
Serve nachos with avocado, crème fraîche, taco sauce and lime wedges.
