Preparation
Cook clipfish in milk.
Cook and mash potatoes.
Finely chop onion and let it simmer in olive oil. Add bay leaf, salt, pepper and some of the heated milk from the clipfish.
When the fish is cooked, place it in a dish and cover completely with mayonnaise.
Add the mashed potatoes and the onion mix to the dish.
Serve with black olives on top.
