  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

  • Cut the cod into 2 cm pieces.

  • Mix taco seasoning and olive oil, and fold the cod into the mix.

  • Spread tortilla chips in an oven-proof dish, place the cod over and sprinkle with grated cheese.

  • Bake in the oven for approx. 10 minutes, until the fish is done.

Serve nachos with avocado, crème fraîche, taco sauce and lime wedges.
