Make a simple and tasteful dinner. In this recipe the cod is gratinated with mozzarella and served with potato and broccoli with butter.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
Cut cod into servings.
Stir cold water and salt together until the salt is stired out.
Leave the cod in the brine for 10 minutes, remove and wipe gently.
Place the cod on a baking tray with baking paper and lay one slice of mozzarella on each piece.
Cook in the oven for approx. 8 minutes.
Wash potatoes, cut into thick slices and cook tender in water.
Cut broccoli into small bouquettes and cook with the potatoes for 1 minute in the end.
Drain well and stir the vegetables in butter, salt and pepper.
Serve gratinated cod with potatoes and broccoli.
