Gratinated Norwegian Cod

Make a simple and tasteful dinner. In this recipe the cod is gratinated with mozzarella and served with potato and broccoli with butter.

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 200 °C.

  • Cut cod into servings.

  • Stir cold water and salt together until the salt is stired out.

  • Leave the cod in the brine for 10 minutes, remove and wipe gently.

  • Place the cod on a baking tray with baking paper and lay one slice of mozzarella on each piece.

  • Cook in the oven for approx. 8 minutes.

To serve

  • Wash potatoes, cut into thick slices and cook tender in water.

  • Cut broccoli into small bouquettes and cook with the potatoes for 1 minute in the end.

  • Drain well and stir the vegetables in butter, salt and pepper.

Serve gratinated cod with potatoes and broccoli.
