A tropical salsa is perfect to serve with fried or grilled fish, especially Fjord Trout and Norwegian salmon. Mango and pineapple gives this recipe a summer freshness.

  • Peel and cut mango, papaya and pineapple into small dices.

  • Coarsely chop spring onion, finely chop chili and juice lime.

  • Mix all the ingredients for the salsa together. You can leave the salsa in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
