A tropical salsa is perfect to serve with fried or grilled fish, especially Fjord Trout and Norwegian salmon. Mango and pineapple gives this recipe a summer freshness.
Peel and cut mango, papaya and pineapple into small dices.
Coarsely chop spring onion, finely chop chili and juice lime.
Mix all the ingredients for the salsa together. You can leave the salsa in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
