Spice up the tomato salad with lime, chili and coriander. The recipe is an exciting variation to the classic salad and goes well with grilled fish.
Cut tomato in pieces and spring onion in slices and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Remove the seeds and cut the chili in thin slices.
Chop garlic and coriander leaves and juice lime.
Mix all the ingredients together and season with salt and pepper to taste.
