A lightly fried Stoccafish from Norvay ... crunchy, golden and tasty, ideal for an aperitif with friends!
- Cut the stockfish into chunks, flour it and fry it in the oil.
- In a saucepan place the garlic, a few tablespoons of oil, the capers, the olives and the tomatoes cut in half. Cook for 5 or 6 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the basil and serve with a green salad.
