Whole grilled Norwegian salmon is so easy and don't need a lot of flavour to taste amazing. Lime and herbs is just enough!
Cut the lime into thin slices and chop herbs.
Make small cuts in the fish and fill with lime and herbs.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Wrap the fish in wet newspaper and place on the grill, a little away from the embers, for 15-20 minutes. Cover with a lid if you have available.
Serve with whatever you prefer.
