This is a simple, yet tasteful dish where the pure flavours of the Norwegian salmon really shows.
Quickly pan-fry the salmon on high heat for 1-2 minutes on each side. The inside should stay raw.
Cut the salmon into thin slices and garnish with sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
Slice chili and mix with soy sauce.
Season with lime juice to taste.
Serve with the soy sauce and lime wedges.
