This recipe has few ingredients, but show how little it takes to make a tasteful meal with Norwegian salmon. The dish only need 20 minutes in the oven.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Rinse the pak choi, cut into smaller pieces and mix with half of the teriyaki sauce.
Add the pak choi to a greased oven-proof dish and place the salmon over.
Brush the salmon with the rest of the teriyaki sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
Toast sesame seeds on a dry frying pan.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salmon after 15 minutes and bake for another 5 minutes.
Serve with rice or noodles.
