Norwegian Salmon with Teriyaki, Sesame Seeds and Pak Choi

This recipe has few ingredients, but show how little it takes to make a tasteful meal with Norwegian salmon. The dish only need 20 minutes in the oven.

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

  • Rinse the pak choi, cut into smaller pieces and mix with half of the teriyaki sauce.

  • Add the pak choi to a greased oven-proof dish and place the salmon over.

  • Brush the salmon with the rest of the teriyaki sauce and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

  • Toast sesame seeds on a dry frying pan.

  • Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salmon after 15 minutes and bake for another 5 minutes.

Serve with rice or noodles.
