Norwegian Salmon with Pesto, Crème Fraîche and Pine Nuts

Here is a delicious baked dish with Norwegian salmon, pesto, crème fraîche and pine nuts. Serve with potatoes, vegetables or pasta.

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 175 °C.

  • Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Mix pesto and crème fraîche, and spread over the salmon.

  • Bake in the oven for approx. 20 mintues. 

  • Toast pine nuts in a pan.

Serve with pine nuts sprinkled over. You can also serve it with mashed potatoes, vegetables or pasta.
