Baked Norwegian salmon can be varied in so many ways, and in this recipe it's baked with olives, garlic and lemon. We suggest serving with potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish and season with salt and pepper.
Chop olives and garlic, and mix with lemon juice.
Spread the mix over the salmon and drizzle with olive oil.
Cover the dish with aluminium foil and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with potatoes or a tomato and bean salad.
