  • Cut the salmon into portions and rub with salt and cajun spice.

  • Grill the salmon for approx. 2 minutes on each side.

  • Zest and juice lime and mix with the yogurt.

Serve the grilled salmon with lime yogurt and garnish with lime wedges if you have.
