In this recipe the cajun spice gives the Norwegian salmon a taste of the Creole kitchen. The fresh lime yogurt is perfect to serve on the side.
Cut the salmon into portions and rub with salt and cajun spice.
Grill the salmon for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
Zest and juice lime and mix with the yogurt.
Season the yogurt to taste with sugar.
Serve the grilled salmon with lime yogurt and garnish with lime wedges if you have.
