Make a lovely baked dish with Norwegian salmon, cheddar, almonds and parsley. Serve it with oven-baked potatoes.
Preheat the oven to 175 °C.
Place the salmon in a greased oven-proof dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grate the cheddar and mix with chopped almonds, parsley and a little olive oil.
Spread the cheddar mix on the salmon and bake in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.
Serve with oven-baked potatoes.
