Norwegian Salmon Pasta

Kids like both pasta and salmon, so this is a recipe they will love. It's quick and easy to make – something you will probably make more than once.

  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.

  • Dice the salmon.

  • Cut the leek in slices and cauliflower in florets.

  • Cook leek, cauliflower and peas in the cream. 

  • Stir in the yogurt and season with salt and pepper. 

  • Add the salmon to the sauce and poach for 1-2 minutes, until it is cooked.

Serve the pasta with the sauce and the salmon. Chopped chives make a nice garnish.
