Skewers with Norwegian Salmon

Cubed salmon don't need a lot of cooking time and can easily be prepared on skewers. When the skewers are prepared, all they need is a minute or two on a grill or pan.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Remove the skin from the Norwegian Salmon and cut into small cubes.
  • Wash and cut the pepper into even pieces.
  • Remove the green part of the leek, wash and cut into slices about 1 cm.
  • Insert the Norwegian Salmon cubes into the wooden skewers alternating with vegetables.

Sprinkle with salt and brush with oil.

Fry on a warm grill or pan so the salmon becomes golden on all sides.

Serve immediately.
