Lightly Grilled Norwegian Salmon Slices with Pomegranate

Norwegian salmon does not need a lot to make a tasteful dish. This is a good recipe to serve as a starter.

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to full heat on grill function.

  • Cut the salmon into thin slices and place on plates. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper.

  • Quickly grill the salmon slices on the top shelf in the oven for approx. 20-30 seconds.

Sauce

  • Finely chop garlic and sauté golden in butter.

  • Add soy sauce and taste with lemon juice.

  • Take the seeds out of the pomegranate and add right before serving.

Vegetables

  • Cut fennel and radish in thin slices and carrot in strips.

  • Mix the vegetables with olive oil and taste with salt and pepper.

Pour the sauce over the salmon and serve with the vegetables.
