Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Fennel

It's simple to succeed with salmon on the grill. Here is a recipe served with fennel and chives mixed with sour cream.

  • Cut the salmon into servings, brush with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place the salmon skinside down in a greased double gridiron.
  • Grill the salmon for approx. 5 minutes with skinside down, turn and grill 1-2 minutes on the other side.
  • Cut fennel into small dices, and mix with sour cream and chopped chives.
  • Serve the salmon with the fennel and rocket on the side.
