Grilled Norwegian salmon with Caribbean spices is an exotic recipe that quickly can become a favorite. Serve it with a mango salad on the side.
Heat the grill.
Scrape the salmon skin free from scales, rinse and dry the fillet.
Finely chop garlic and crush the crispy onion with a spoon.
Mix all the ingredients for the spice mix.
Make small cuts in the meat and rub in the spice mix.
Grill salmon with skin side down on the grill for about 15 minutes.
Place the salmon on a sheet of grill foil and fold the foil around the fish.
Lay it on the grill and put a lid on if you have.
Leave the salmon on the grill for about 15 minutes.
Cut mango in small dices and finely chop chili.
Pick leaves of the coriander and mix with the other ingredients for the salad.
Taste with salt and pepper.
Serve the salad with mango salad on the side.
