Norwegian salmon makes grilling easy. Here it is served with asparagus, bread and a fresh salad.
Cut the salmon into servings and place in small bowls made out of aluminium foil.
Divide butter, finely chopped tarragon, lemon slices, salt and pepper over the salmon.
Close the foils and grill for approx. 4 minutes.
Then leave the packages on low heat for a couple of minutes.
Peel asparagus and grill until tender, approx. 2 minutes on each side.
Toss the asparagus in olive oil and taste with salt and pepper.
Serve grilled salmon with asparagus, bread and salad.
