Foil Baked Norwegian Salmon with Roasted Asparagus

Norwegian salmon makes grilling easy. Here it is served with asparagus, bread and a fresh salad.

Procedure

  • Cut the salmon into servings and place in small bowls made out of aluminium foil.

  • Divide butter, finely chopped tarragon, lemon slices, salt and pepper over the salmon.

  • Close the foils and grill for approx. 4 minutes.

  • Then leave the packages on low heat for a couple of minutes.

  • Peel asparagus and grill until tender, approx. 2 minutes on each side.

  • Toss the asparagus in olive oil and taste with salt and pepper.

Serve grilled salmon with asparagus, bread and salad.
