Fish Skewers

Fish skewers are the kids' favorite when out hiking. In this recipe they are made with Norwegian salmon, fish cakes and vegetables.

Ingredients

Preparation

  • Cook potatoes.

  • Cut the salmon in dices of approx. 3 cm.

  • Cut each fish cake in four and slice the potato thick.

  • Rinse and cut bell pepper in pieces and cut zucchini in thick slices.

  • Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

  • Thread the ingredients on the skewers.

  • Brush the skewers with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Grill until the fish is cooked through.

Tip: Fish skewers can be served in soft tortillas or in pita bread. To avoid accidents you can cut off the tips of the skewers.
