Fish skewers are the kids' favorite when out hiking. In this recipe they are made with Norwegian salmon, fish cakes and vegetables.
Cut the salmon in dices of approx. 3 cm.
Cut each fish cake in four and slice the potato thick.
Rinse and cut bell pepper in pieces and cut zucchini in thick slices.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Thread the ingredients on the skewers.
Brush the skewers with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Grill until the fish is cooked through.
Tip: Fish skewers can be served in soft tortillas or in pita bread. To avoid accidents you can cut off the tips of the skewers.
