A fresh and light recipe for a delicious colorful dish!
Boil the green beans and peeled potatoes in salted water.
Meanwhile, pit the black olives and chop the chives finely.
Cut the salmon into fairly large rectangular pieces, coat with sesame seeds and sear in a pan for 5 minutes.
Mix the green beans with the cubed potatoes, black olives and chives in a bowl and season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
Serve the salad with the salmon pieces on top.
The green beans can be replaced with Romanesco cauliflower when in season.
