A baguette goes well in the lunch box and in this recipe it is filled with smoked Norwegian salmon, cheese, radish, salad and cucucmber. Pack carrot as well.

Procedure

  • Cut smoked salmon and radish.

  • Wash salad.

  • Open the baguette and spread with mayonnaise.

  • Place smoked salmon, radish, salad, cheese and cucumber in the baguette.

  • Sprinkle with pepper, and cut the baguette in half.

Place the baguette in the lunch box with carrot.

Tip: Wrap the baguette in food paper or plastic foil to keep it together in the lunch box.
