Asian Inspired Norwegian Salmon

This Asian inspired Norwegian salmon dish makes an delicious dinner for the whole family. Fried rice with pepper gives the dish that something extra.

Preparation

  • Finely chop chili and garlic, and mix with fish sauce, sesame oil and honey.
  • Brush the mix on the meat side of the salmon and cut into servings.
  • Pan-fry the salmon in oil with skin side down for approx. 5 minutes, turn and fry for 1 minute on the other side.
  • Boil the rice according to the packet instructions, and dice the bell pepper.
  • Sauté the rice and bell pepper in oil until warm and the pepper begins to soften.
  • Serve the salmon with the rice.
