A bagel with Norwegian smoked salmon, cream cheese and salad makes a perfect lunch or picnic. It is very easy to make and tastes great.
Cut the smoked salmon in slices.
Mix cream cheese, cream, dijon mustard, salt and sugar, and taste with cayenne pepper.
Chop the cabbage and mix with the sauce and chopped parsley.
Cut each bagel in half and cover one half with the cabbage dressing and salad.
Place slices of smoked salmon on the salad, over with the other half of the bagel and serve.
