This dish with Norwegian clipfish and potatoes is a simple dish to make since everything is being baked in the oven at once.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Finely chop garlic.
Place clipfish in an oven-proof dish, drizzle with olive oil and add garlic on top.
Wash potatoes and place them in a second oven-proof dish.
Sprinkle the potatoes with salt.
Put both dishes in the oven for approx. 40 minutes.
Baste the fish with the heated olive oil.
When the potatoes are baked, slightly crush them by using a kitchen cloth.
Place the potatoes in the fish dish.
Cover both the fish and the potatoes with the heated olive oil and serve.
