For this recipe you don't need a food processor to make good burgers. You just finely chop the Norwegian salmon, mix with spices and fry in butter.
Finely chop the salmon and mix with finely chopped chives, salt and pepper.
Make burgers and fry golden in butter, approx. 2-3 minutes on each side.
Mix cream cheese and cream to an even dressing.
Toast the slices of bread on a fry frying pan or in a toaster.
Slice tomato and cucumber.
Cut each slice of bread in half and place a burger on one half with salad, tomato and cucumber.
Add a spoon of dressing and cover with the other slice of bread.
