Norwegian Clipfish with Mashed Potatoes and Olives

Procedure

  • Cook clipfish in milk.

  • Cook and mash potatoes.

  • Finely chop onion and let it simmer in olive oil. Add bay leaf, salt, pepper and some of the heated milk from the clipfish.

  • When the fish is cooked, place it in a dish and cover completely with mayonnaise. 

  • Add the mashed potatoes and the onion mix to the dish.

Serve with black olives on top.
