Do you want a taste of summer? Try mackerel on the grill with a fresh and tasty summer salad with tomatoes, radish and chives.
Cut mackerel into portions and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Brush with oil and grill for approx. 2 minutes on each side.
Cut tomato in wedges, slice radish and cucumber, finely chop chives, and mix it together.
Whisk bacon cheese and sour cream and add a little milk until the dressing has a nice consistency.
Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.
Serve grilled mackerel with salad and bread.
