Grilled Norwegian Mackerel with Summer Salad

Procedure

  • Cut mackerel into portions and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Brush with oil and grill for approx. 2 minutes on each side.

Summer salad

  • Cut tomato in wedges, slice radish and cucumber, finely chop chives, and mix it together.

  • Whisk bacon cheese and sour cream and add a little milk until the dressing has a nice consistency. 

  • Season with salt and pepper and pour over the salad.

Serve grilled mackerel with salad and bread.
