Try this filling soup inspired by the East. Norwegian saithe is a fish that goes well with soups and stews.
Cut the saithe into 3 cm dices and slice Chinese cabbage and spring onion.
Combine coconut milk, canned tomatoes, vegetable stock, chili paste and soy sauce in a casserole, and bring to a boil.
Add Chinese cabbage and spring onion, and let simmer for approx. 2 minutes.
Gently add the saithe and let simmer for approx. 2 minutes.
Season with chili paste, soy sauce and salt to taste.
Serve the soup with bread on the side.
