Greek salad is a classic to serve with grilled food. It's a fresh and simple dish to make and goes well with grilled fish.
Cut red onion, cucumber, peppers and tomato in slices and combine in a bowl.
Mix red wine vinegar and olive oil, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle the vinegar dressing over the vegetables and gently fold in with black olives.
Leave the salad for approx. 5 minutes, and serve with feta on top.
