Oven-baked Norwegian cod with the autumn's apples and cabbage. A simple and tasteful recipe where everything but the potatoes are made in one dish.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the cod into servings.
Coarsely chop onion and cut cabbage and apple in pieces.
Add onion, cabbage and apple to a greased oven-proof dish and place the cod over.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add water to the dish.
Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.
Mix mustard and crème fraîche and pour into the dish when serving.
Serve with boiled potatoes.
