Nuggets with Norwegian Cod

Crispy fried cod, also call nuggets, is simple and easy to make. Serve with pommes frites and a salad.

Procedure

  • Cut the cod so you get approx. 4 pieces per portion.

  • Whisk egg lightly and mix with sweet chili sauce.

  • Dredge the cod in the egg mix, then in cornflakes.

  • Fry the nuggets in butter and olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.

Dip

  • Mix egg yolk and apple cider vinegar, and add rapeseed oil a little at the time while stiring.

  • Taste with sesame oil, salt and pepper.

Serve with

  • Peel carrot and cut in strips.

  • Divide the salad in whole leaves, wash and place on a plate.

Serve the cod nuggets with dip sauce, carrots strips, salad leaves and pommed frites.
