Crispy fried cod, also call nuggets, is simple and easy to make. Serve with pommes frites and a salad.
Cut the cod so you get approx. 4 pieces per portion.
Whisk egg lightly and mix with sweet chili sauce.
Dredge the cod in the egg mix, then in cornflakes.
Fry the nuggets in butter and olive oil for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Mix egg yolk and apple cider vinegar, and add rapeseed oil a little at the time while stiring.
Taste with sesame oil, salt and pepper.
Peel carrot and cut in strips.
Divide the salad in whole leaves, wash and place on a plate.
Serve the cod nuggets with dip sauce, carrots strips, salad leaves and pommed frites.
