Procedure

  • Cut the cod into servings and brush it mustard.

  • Mix flour with salt and pepper.

  • Flip the cod in the flour mix and pan-fry in butter for approx. 3 minutes on each side.

Sweet and sour sauce

  • Finely chop onion, cut bell pepper in slices and garrot in strips, and sauté in olive oil for 3 minutes.

  • Stir in tomato purée and ketchup.

  • Add pineapple pieces, pineapple juice, vinegar, sugar, soy sauce and vegetables stock, and bring to a boil.

  • Even the sauce with corn starch.

  • Gently cook while stirring to a nice sauce.

  • Add chopped parsley before serving.

Serve the cod with sweet and sour sauce and rice on the side.
