Make an easy and tasteful fish stew with the best vegetables of the autumn and good seafood from Norway. Here you can use any kind of white fish.
Cut the cod in cubes.
Dice spring onion, carrot, swede and potato.
Add water and vegetables to a casserole, bring to a boil and cook for approx. 10 minutes.
Mix wheat flour and water, add to the vegetables and bring to the boil.
Taste with salt and pepper.
Add the fish and let simmer until cooked through.
Gently add crème fraîche to the stew.
Serve with flat bread on the side.
Tip: Cod fillet can be replaced with other white fish such as saithe or haddock.
