Baked Norwegian Cod with Tomato Salad

Baked Norwegian cod with mustard and cheese is a tasty combination. Serve with a tomato salad and impress friends and family.

Procedure

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.

  • Cut the cod into servings, sprinkle with salt and pepper and add into a greased oven-proof dish.

  • Mix grated cheese, mustard, cream and finely chopped chives, and fold it over the cod.

  • Bake in the oven for approx. 15 minutes.

Tomato salad

  • Slice tomato and add to a greased aluminium foil.

  • Sprinkle with basil, salt, pepper and olive oil and wrap it together.

  • Bake in the oven along with the cod the remaining 10 minutes.

Serve with bread on the side.
