The use of stockfish in Nigerian cuisine has a long and rich history, and is used both for everyday meals and for festive occasions. Combining Norwegian stockfish and Nigerian flavours results in dishes packed with flavour. The winner of the title and four runner-ups will be announced at Landmark in Lagos on the 19th of October, during the Norwegian Seafood Festival. Both Nigerian importers and Norwegian exporters will be present at Landmark, showcasing seafood products for you to see and taste.
