Chef Christopher William Davidsen has long dreamed of representing Norway at the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon. In 2015, his dream came true at the
Chef Christopher is Executive Chef of three Trondheim restaurants including
Søstrene Karlsen, Kalas & Canasta, and Almas.
Chef Christopher owns and operates CWD Catering.
He has been a member of the Norwegian Culinary Team since 2010.
He has experience working at several restaurants throughout Stavenger and Trondheim including,
Renaa Matbaren, Food Story, Ostehuset Center and Tango Bar & Kitchen.
A natural competitor, Chef Christopher has showcased his talent in numerous culinary competitions over the past decade, often taking first or second place.
