Cut the salmon in dices and chop parsley.
Put the salmon in a food processor with salt and run for a couple of seconds.
Add egg and run for a couple of seconds.
Add milk, potato flour, pepper and parsley, and run to a even farce.
Make a little burger, fry it in a pan and taste if it's seasoned right.
Make burgers of the farce and fry in margarine, 2-3 minutes on each side.
Thousand Island dressing
Finely chop red onion, tomato, gherkins and chives.
Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and taste with salt and pepper.
Mix in the chopped vegetgables.

Heat the pitas as instructed on the package.
Slice tomato and onion and rinse the salad.
Put a salmon burger in a pita with tomato, onion, salad, gherkins and dressing.
